At Lucas and Mila, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions outlined below.
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and in its original condition

All original parts, accessories, and packaging are included

There is no damage caused by improper or careless use

Products where hygiene is important must be returned clean and unused

Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt
- Returns need to be sent to our supplier in Asia. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Order Processing & Cancellation
We operate with an automated order processing system. Orders are processed shortly after being placed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit

If your order has already been shipped, please wait until it arrives and then return it

International Shipping & Transit Times
Our products are shipped from Asia. Transit times may be longer and are outside of our control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Returns can be initiated after delivery.
To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend sending us the shipping confirmation and tracking details once your return has been dispatched.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods
